OCR support (Tesseract), confidence gate, multi-source merge, LLM fallback chain (Ollama → DeepSeek → Gemini → Groq). Add-on: CycloneDX SBOM generation and CVE/VEX analysis. Role: Product concept, hackathon team lead, document analysis pipeline designed and implemented.
